You do not need a renovation to sell well. You need a property that is easy to understand, easy to visit and easy to say yes to.
Before photographs
- Clear surfaces and remove extra furniture so rooms read larger.
- Fix small things: leaking taps, loose handles, blown bulbs.
- Open every curtain — daylight is the best finish you have.
Paperwork ready
- Keep ownership papers, approved plans and recent tax and utility bills together.
- Note anything a buyer will ask about: society charges, parking, pending works.
Price with evidence
Ask for a pricing view based on comparable properties and current demand, not on the highest number you have heard. A realistic price attracts serious buyers early.
